Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated in an upright position

Suitable for pairing with grilled meats, pan-seared red meats, wine-braised beef, or richly flavoured dishes like BBQ ribs and black pepper beef.

Use directly, best served slightly chilled at 15–18°C.
