Iberico pork belly has been partially trimmed of fat, making it ideal for those who prefer less fatty cuts. The alternating layers of lean meat and fat are incredibly tender, sweet, and flavorful. Iberico is a black pig breed native to Spain.
Raised in a natural free-range environment and fed acorns and olive tree remnants, Iberico pigs have fine, firm meat with marbled veins of rich fat. This meat is high in oleic acid (omega-9), which is beneficial for health, helping reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, regulate blood sugar levels by increasing good cholesterol, and lowering bad cholesterol.

Iberico pork belly is ideal for hotpot, pan-searing, stir-frying, or making pho. It’s especially perfect for grilling, where the melting fat creates a crispy, flavorful bite that tantalizes the taste buds.
Used for food preparation. Thaw in the refrigerator at a maximum temperature of +4°C for 1-2 days. Cook thoroughly before use.
