Instructions

To complete these sauces, follow these steps:

  1. Preparation: Prepare all ingredients according to the listed measurements, paying close attention to finely mincing or grating the aromatics (garlic, ginger, onions).

  2. Mixing:

    • For Asian Steak Sauce Dip: Dissolve the cornstarch in 10 ml of water separately. Combine all other ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently over low heat. Once the mixture is warm, slowly pour in the cornstarch slurry, stirring constantly until the sauce reaches the desired thickness.

    • For the other 4 sauces: Place all respective ingredients into a large bowl. Use a whisk or a spoon to stir thoroughly until all components are fully combined and the mixture is smooth.
