Ube Matcha Latte

Ingredients

MILK BASE & UBE FOAM
150ml Oatly Barista Edition
40ml Cold brew matcha
250ml Organic creamy oat or Whipping Cream
15g Syrup Ube
50g Foam Ube
As desires Ice cubes
COLD BREW MATCHA
2–3g Matcha powder
5–10g Agave syrup (to taste)
0,1g Salt
30ml Cold water

Instructions

COLD BREW MATCHA

(For 1 serving):

  • Sift matcha powder into a cocktail shaker or bottle.

  • Add agave syrup, salt, and cold water.

  • Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

(For multiple servings):

  • Add all ingredients to a tall container.

  • Blend using an immersion blender until smooth and free of matcha lumps.

UBE COLD FOAM
  • Mix Whipping Cream with ube syrup in a whipped cream siphon.
  • Charge with one gas cartridge, shake well, and chill before using.

  • No siphon? Use a handheld milk frother in a tall container to whip until silky and airy.

You can substitute ube with other flavors of your choice.

ASSEMBLY
  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Pour in the Oatly Barista and cold brew matcha.
  • Gently top with the ube cold foam.
