1 Scallop
As desired Olive oil
As desired Unsalted butter
2 Frozen balsamic vinegar pearls
10 Pistachios
2 tsp Orange liqueur
1 tsp Lemon juice
As desired Freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Step 1: Make pistachio sauce: Crush pistachios finely and mix with orange liqueur and black pepper to form a thick paste.
  • Step 2: Sear the scallop: Pat scallop dry and sear with butter and olive oil until golden on both sides.
  • Step 3: Plate: Place scallop on a small plate, spoon over pistachio sauce, add balsamic pearls, and a few drops of lemon juice.
