Ingredients

80g Salted butter
2 Egg Yolks
170g Flour
1/2 sachet Baking powder
80g Sugar

Instructions

Step 1: Take out the butter so that it becomes creamy.

Step 2: Whisk the yolks with the sugar until they whiten and become foamy.

Step 3: Add the softened butter and whisk it in.

Step 4: Pour in the flour with the baking powder. Mix by hand to obtain a homogeneous dough.

Step 5: Form a sausage and wrap them in cling film.

Step 6: Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 7: Retake the dough and cut 1 cm thick rounds.

Step 8: Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

Step 9: Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 10: Leave to cool on a rack before eating.
