Canola oil (70%), water, wine vinegar, egg yolk (5 %), sugar, salt, mustard seeds, thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum, spices, antioxidant agents: calcium disodium edta.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening the lid.
