Lamb tenderloin can easily be prepared into delicious dishes such as pan-seared lamb, oven-baked rack of lamb, lamb tenderloin stew with potatoes, or thinly sliced for hotpot.
For food preparation. Thaw in the refrigerator at a maximum temperature of +4°C for 1-2 days. Cook thoroughly before consumption.
This product is frozen meat. Do not refreeze after thawing.
