Wagyu beef is graded from A1 to A5, with A3 representing a moderate quality. The meat has a medium red color and a balanced distribution of marbled fat between the lean muscle. It has a firm texture, and after cooking, it retains its tenderness and moisture without becoming dry.

For food preparation. Thaw at a maximum temperature of +4 ⁰C in the refrigerator for 1-2 days or at room temperature for about 2 hours before cooking. Cook thoroughly before use.
