Pasteurized goat’s milk, salt, microbial coagulant, lactic starter culture, preservative. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.

STORAGE: keep at 2°C – 8°C

Paysan Breton goat cheese can be spread on toast and enjoyed directly, used as a topping for salads, paired with herbs for grilled chicken, or served with crackers and sliced fruits for light meals and appetizers.

Use directly or for food processing.

Consider before use if allergic to milk.
