- Slow Sous-Vide Australian Black Angus OP Ribs with Raclette: Chef Nguyen Van Tu – Iron Chef Vietnam applied slow-cooking techniques to preserve the tenderness and rich flavor of the beef, paired with melted Raclette cheese to create a well-balanced and indulgent dish.

- Aburi Coho Salmon “Saku” Tataki: Under the interpretation of Chef Nghiem Minh Duc – New Viet Dairy Gastronomy Consultant, the salmon was lightly seared to retain its natural richness, complemented by the gentle acidity of passion fruit and the subtle warmth of ginger, resulting in a refined and distinctive flavor profile.

Through these live-prepared dishes, attendees were able to clearly experience the quality of the ingredients while gaining inspiration for practical menu applications within their businesses.
