As the golden rays of July sunshine lit up the shores of Phu Yen, over 450 members from all New Viet Dairy branches nationwide gathered to capture joyful moments together by the blue sea. The New Viet Dairy Company Trip 2025 was not only a journey to explore a new land but also an opportunity for each member to find balance, recharge with positive energy, and strengthen connections with colleagues through every step, every glance, and every shared story. 

From watching the sunrise over the ocean and cheering together in team activities to enjoying the flavors of local cuisine, the Company Trip 2025 in Phu Yen created beautiful memories and joy for everyone, bringing a fresh spirit to return to work, ready to accompany one another in conquering the journeys ahead. 

Starting the Journey: Embracing the Spirit of Rising to Challenges 

As the new fiscal year begins, the New Viet Dairy team is ready to refresh, recharge, and pursue bigger goals. This July, employees from all departments traveled together to Tuy Hoa, Phu Yen—a land famous for its clear blue seas, cool breezes, friendly people, and stunning landscapes. 

A highlight of the trip was the team-building activity “Rise Up To Challenge”, where New Viet Dairy members joined forces to overcome mind-challenging and physically demanding tasks that required teamwork. Every game, every burst of laughter, and every moment of cheering reflected the true value of collaboration, support, and an unyielding spirit, aligned with the “Together We Grow” culture that New Viet Dairy has always cherished. 

One of the most memorable moments was when the “roller coaster” box was opened, activated by the collective energy, coordination, and laughter of the members. At that moment, the New Viet Dairy flag flew high in the Phu Yen sky, catching the sea breeze and carrying the pride of everyone. 

Cheers, applause, and sparkling eyes said it all: we, different individuals, connected to create a perfect moment, reminding us that with unity, we can lift the values of New Viet Dairy higher, further, and more sustainably. 

Exploring Phu Yen: Strengthening Team Bonds Step by Step 

Beyond the vibrant team-building activities, the journey also offered unforgettable exploration experiences: 

• Nghinh Phong Tower with its impressive architecture, where the sea and sky meet under vast, windy skies. 

• Ganh Da Dia, a unique natural masterpiece of Phu Yen with layered basalt rocks resembling stairways leading to the sea. 

• Mang Lang Church, a historic structure rich in cultural significance. 

These destinations allowed each member to appreciate the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Phu Yen while providing opportunities to capture commemorative photos and share moments of joy together. 

Freely Experiencing Local Services and Culture 

New Viet Dairy always encourages employees to freely explore and experience local cuisine during each trip to nurture creativity and deepen cultural understanding. Strolling along Tuy Hoa beach in the afternoon, savoring local dishes like “banh canh he” (scallion noodle soup) and tuna eyes while breathing in the salty sea breeze brought simple joys shared among team members. 

Gala Dinner: A Night of Fun and Connection 

Wrapping up the journey, the Gala Dinner was a highlight with traditional “dan da” stone music performances, fun mini-games, and endless laughter. Department boundaries disappeared as everyone raised their glasses, conversed, and deepened their understanding of one another. 

The Gala Dinner was not only a time to relax but also a moment to reflect on the journey, appreciate the companionship, and strengthen the bonds among New Viet Dairy members. 

Closing One Journey, Opening a New Spirit 

The sunny, laughter-filled days in Phu Yen have concluded, but the memories, shared moments, and strengthened bonds will remain within each person, serving as motivation for the New Viet Dairy team to continue accompanying each other and delivering meaningful values to customers and the F&B industry in Vietnam.
