Following the success in Hanoi, the Phu Quoc stop offered a vibrant culinary journey and memorable experiences. The “Touch & Taste” space allowed guests to explore more than 100 imported products from 30 global brands — ranging from premium meats and seafood to beverages and dairy products.

Drawing inspiration from these exceptional ingredients, Chef Nghiem Minh Duc, Culinary Advisor at New Viet Gastronomy, crafted an 11-course menu that highlighted the authenticity and versatility of each product.
