This past March, over 160 passionate members from the Sales and Marketing departments of New Viet Dairy gathered in the scenic highlands of Lam Dong and Di Linh for the Sales Conference 2025—a pivotal milestone in our company’s journey of transformation and growth this year.

Over the course of four inspiring days, the conference served as a powerful convergence of reflection, celebration, learning, and motivation. It wasn’t just a meeting to review past performance, but a call to action—reviving a shared sense of purpose, determination, and team spirit that will drive us through the challenges and goals of the coming year.

Reviewing Achievements, Shaping the Future

At the heart of the event was the Business Meeting, which encompassed the review of 2024 results and the strategic direction for 2025. The entire team looked back on a year filled with effort, met with both difficulties and memorable milestones.

The leadership team shared remarkable successes, areas for improvement, and valuable market insights gained from practical experience. Especially noteworthy was the lively discussion between regions and departments, reflecting not only openness and a spirit of progress but also the strong determination of the entire team.

Based on these reflections, the development strategy for 2025 was introduced with clear and specific goals—focusing on sustainable growth, market expansion, customer service optimization, and continued innovation to lead the way. These directions are not only strategic in nature but also serve as a powerful driving force and compass guiding every step in the new year.

Rising to the Challenge, Pushing Beyond Limits

One of the most exciting highlights of Sales Conference 2025 was the Brăh Yàng Trail Summit —an exhilarating trail run with three challenging distances: 10km, 27km, and 35km. More than just a physical activity, the Brăh Yàng trail run was a journey of the spirit, where each participant faced themselves—overcoming exhaustion, breaking free from comfort zones, and discovering inner strength.

Amidst the wild yet majestic natural surroundings, every stride became a statement of the “Rise Up To Challenge” spirit—never giving up, never fearing adversity, and always moving forward. The long climbs, slippery trails, and blazing sun did not deter but instead united each participant more closely and strengthened their resolve like never before.

The run was not just an individual challenge but also a powerful team-building experience. The images of teammates supporting one another through the route and cheering each other on step by step served as a vivid testament to team spirit—one of New Viet Dairy’s core values.
