On October 10 & 11, 2024, the company successfully collaborated with A&P Vietnam to organize the “Influential Leadership” advanced training program at Liberty Central Saigon hotel.
The program attracted the participation of 36 senior managers from various departments and branches nationwide, providing an opportunity for them to enhance their leadership skills, build strong teams, and optimize their ability to inspire in the workplace. This initiative is part of New Viet Dairy’s ongoing commitment to fostering a professional, creative, and high-performing work environment.

The program was carefully designed to align with New Viet Dairy’s human resource development goals, equipping managers with valuable knowledge and tools to maximize their leadership potential. The training covered several key topics, including:

The program provided managers with insights into the psychology and motivations of younger employees, equipping them with effective coaching methods to foster creativity and autonomy within their teams.
