    🔸 SUMMER LEGACY – A Hanoi dracontomelon iced drink with ginger milk foam, where Blue Band creates a light, rich foam that lasts — adding a modern twist to a childhood flavor.

    🔸 THE YOUNG RICE SEASON – Crispy young rice-coated shrimp served with a creamy young rice sauce. Blue Band helps preserve the vibrant color, create a smooth texture, and balance the delicate taste.
