From the breed of cows cared for at Mizusako farm – the largest farm on Kyushya island belonging to Mizusako livestock group.

Mizusako Farm carries out fattening at 15 farms (about 7,600 animals) in Kagoshima Prefecture to achieve ideal meat quality.
