A year of hard work came to a fulfilling close with the unforgettable moments of the Year-End Party 2024, themed “Rise Up To Challenge.” The event successfully took place across six provinces, bringing together more than 500 employees nationwide. More than just an annual review, it was a grand celebration—a night where everyone shared joy, reflected on a remarkable journey, and looked forward to an exciting 2025 ahead.

Exclusively designed for employees in the Sales Intern Project at New Viet Dairy, this three-month program (11/2024 – 02/2025) is organized by the HR Department in collaboration with Food Service, Marketing, and Category teams.

The program focuses on developing soft skills, enhancing product knowledge, and understanding sales operations to nurture a talented workforce, contributing to the company’s sustainable growth.

The festive spirit has filled New Viet Dairy’s offices and branches, bringing vibrant holiday cheer with sparkling Christmas trees, dazzling photobooths, and a series of exciting activities such as Happy Hour, minigames, secret gift exchanges, and a cozy Teabreak party. These joyful moments and bright smiles have made this Christmas season truly memorable, wrapping up 2024 with pure happiness!

This past October, New Viet Dairy organized a series of special activities to honor the incredible women of the New Viet family. From meaningful gifts and exciting creative contests to dynamic sports activities, this year’s October 20th was not only a heartfelt tribute but also an opportunity to connect, share, and inspire all employees.

RUN-LOVE-SMILE” is an online running/walking event organized by New Viet Dairy at the end of each year to raise funds for a medical project supporting children with cleft lips and palates by Operation Smile Vietnam. This event not only shortens the journey to restoring smiles for underprivileged children but also conveys the message “Give a Smile – Connect the Future.”

The run encourages New Viet Dairy’s members (NVD-ers) to walk or run, creating loving strides and spreading the spirit of sports within the community.

Every quarter, New Viet Dairy hosts a Happy Hour to create a relaxing and bonding space for all employees—a chance for everyone to step away from work, share stories, and enjoy meaningful moments together.

This past Mid-Autumn season, the Moonlight Reunion theme gave everyone a “ticket” back to childhood with mooncakes, lanterns, and a sweet gathering atmosphere. This Happy Hour provided NVD-ers with a positive energy boost, strengthened team spirit, and renewed motivation to move forward together in their work.

“Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much” (Helen Keller). The program creates an opportunity for Heads of Departments (HODs) to understand each other, gain insights into their teams (especially Gen Z), and build creative, self-directed workgroups. Through this, HODs will develop strategies to influence through persuasive presentation skills.

New Viet Dairy, in collaboration with A&P Vietnam, organized the program in October 2024, with the participation of 36 HODs nationwide. This is an important investment from the management team, with the expectation that HODs will lead their teams to achieve greater success in the future.

The program aims to develop and enhance English communication confidence for 55 NVD-ers nationwide, implemented over six months (from 08/2024 to 01/2025). The learning format will be conducted on the Open English platform. Additionally, two English workshops will be organized each month, creating a proactive environment that helps participants communicate confidently in English, engage in discussions, and apply the lessons in real-life situations.

The Company Trip is an annual event organized by New Viet Dairy, providing an excellent opportunity for members to connect and build team spirit through lively and meaningful activities. This is not only a time for everyone to recharge their energy but also an occasion to ignite motivation and enthusiasm, preparing for solid steps forward in their development journey ahead.
