Job Description:

Search for, approach, and take care of potential customers in the restaurant and wholesale segments

Build relationships with partners, restaurant managers, and chefs to introduce the company’s products/services

Gather market insights and expand the company’s product portfolio

Prepare monthly and yearly sales plans; achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual KPIs

Create monthly sales forecasts
Candidate Requirements:
- College/University graduate.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in Horeca, FMCG, etc.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong sales skills, complaint handling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Careful, diligent, honest.
- English communication skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive fixed salary.
- Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/day from Monday to Friday
- Fuel allowance: 800,000 VND/month.
- Phone allowance: 300,000 VND/month.
- Incentives: fluctuating monthly between 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 VND.
- 13th-month salary bonus.
- Year-end performance bonus: 1-3 months’ salary (based on performance evaluation).
- Full salary during 60-day probation period.

Working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (Monday to Friday), half-day on Saturdays.
