A standout feature of the campaign was the live sampling and cooking demo sessions held at AEON Tân Phú and AEON Bình Tân. These demos, conducted by Chef Nguyễn Tấn Hòa — Culinary Advisor of the New Viet Gastronomy team — drew in a large number of enthusiastic customers eager to taste and learn more about premium U.S. beef.
Customers had the chance to enjoy dishes prepared with Bottega Zelachi Ranch U.S. beef right at the booth, while also receiving useful cooking tips and marinating techniques to preserve the tenderness and rich flavor of the U.S. chuck eye roll.
