Cream Cheese Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

200g Cream Cheese Bottega Zelachi
3/4 cup White / Dark Chocolate
3/4 cup Sugar
200ml Milk
1/4 cup Coffee Powder

Instructions

Step 1: Cut the Bottega Zelachi cream cheese into cubes. Allow to reach room temperature, then melt the cream cheese mixture with milk, sugar, and coffee powder, and let it cool for 2 hours.

Step 2: Pour the melted mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 3: During this time, melt the dark/white chocolate and color it as desired.

Step 4: Use a skewer to dip the chilled cream cheese into the colored chocolate mixture. Then quickly dip it into cold ice water to harden the outer coating.

Step 5: Arrange on a plate and decorate as desired.
