Step 1: Pour a little celery salt onto a small plate.
Step 2: Rub a slice of yellow lemon or lime along the rim of a glass.
Step 3: Roll the outer rim of the glass into the celery salt until the rim is fully coated, then fill the glass with ice and set it aside.
Step 4: Squeeze the yellow lemon and lime into a shaker, then add the squeezed lemon wedges.
Step 5: Add vodka, tomato juice, horseradish, Tabasco sauce, Lea & Perrins sauce, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, and a bit of celery salt with ice, then shake gently.
Step 6: Strain the mixture and pour it into the prepared glass.
Step 7: Garnish with a sprig of parsley, 2 green olives, a slice of lime, and a celery stick.
