Seafood Cheese Spring Rolls

Ingredients

200g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Bottega Zelachi
100g Fresh srimp
100 Fresh squid
35g Mayonnaise
50g Carrot
100g US apple (crips variety)
1 Egg
Flour
Breadcrums
Seasoning powder
Pepper
Rice paper
Green onion

Instructions

Step 1: Boil the shrimp and squid until just cooked,

 

Step 2: After boiling, peel the shrimp and dice both the shrimp and squid into small cubes.

 

Step 3: Continue dicing the remaining ingredients: apple, carrot, onion, tomato, and finely chop the green onions.

 

Step 4: Combine the prepared ingredients in a bowl and add 200g of grated Mozzarella cheese. Season and mix the mixture well.

 

Step 5: Roll the mixture in rice paper into bite-sized portions.

 

Step 6: Dip the rolled rice paper in flour, then beat the egg and dip the rolls into the egg. Finally, coat them with breadcrumbs.

 

Step 7: Fry the spring rolls in hot oil at 160℃ until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil, plate, decorate, and enjoy!
