Ingredients

400g Spaghetti
4 tablespoons Olive oil
6 files Anchovy
30g Black Olive
30g Green Olive
300g Peeled Tomatoes
2 tablespoons Caper
1 teaspoons Oregano
5g Basil

Instructions

Step 1: Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the pasta and warm serving bowls in the microwave for 1 minute.

Step 2: Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic for 15 seconds until golden.

Step 3: Add anchovies, capers, olives, and chili flakes; cook for 1 minute.

Step 4: Stir in oregano, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes until the tomatoes break down into a sauce. Turn off the heat if done before the pasta.

Step 5: Add 2 teaspoons of salt to the boiling water and cook the pasta according to package directions.

Step 6: Reserve a mugful of pasta cooking water, then drain the pasta.

Step 7: Add pasta to the sauce, pour in 1/4 cup of reserved water, and toss over low heat until the sauce clings to the pasta.
