Brownie & Yoghurt Mousse

Ingredients

200g Whipping cream
100g Margarine
10g Dark Chocolate
2g Baking powder
48g Flour
2 hũ Sweet Yogurt
4g Gelatine
1g Salt
10g Lemon juice
170g Sugar

Instructions

STEP 1 | MAKE BROWNIE
  • Melt chocolate, add butter and mix.
  • Add flour, cacao, baking powder, salt and mix well.
  • Beat eggs with sugar at medium speed.
  • Add the cooled chocolate and butter to the beaten eggs, mix quickly and lightly, and finally add the flour mixture.
  • Bake at 170˚C, 20 – 25 minutes depending on the oven.
STEP 2 | MAKE MOUSSE
  • Soak the Gelatin with cool water (not too cold) until soft.
  •  Add yoghurt, granulated sugar, lemon juice, stir well.
  • Melt gelatin and add to yoghurt mixture.
  • Whisk Whipping cream, add to yoghurt mixture, stir gently and add to cooled Brownie.
  • Put in the freezer for 1 hour.
