Lamb racks are delicious when roasted with rosemary or marinated with red wine and roasted. If you don’t have an oven, you can pan-fry or sear them to retain their natural flavor.
For food preparation. Thaw at a maximum temperature of +4 ⁰C in the refrigerator for 1-2 days or at room temperature for about 2 hours before cooking. Cook thoroughly before use.
This product is frozen meat. Do not refreeze after thawing.
